I had a great time by treating it as a social event. Nice to see the folks, natter away, and look over some of the neat old stuff. Most of the sellers of neat old stuff knew the value of their items so I managed to keep my hands in pockets.

Bilenky had a absolutely lovely fillet-brazed curly with track ends. Oh my, what nice work. I had a chance to chat with Simon P. Firth, one of the co-builders of same. Some of the Bilenky crew are planning to join us at the Cirque with some of their handiwork in tow. They had a set of nicely thinned Nervex Series Professionel lugs that should be a bike by the time of the Cirque.

Dan: Sorry I left before you had a chance to strongarm me into taking that Simoncini home...
