Dennis- So it was/is Bilato for made the Paganini/Concorde frames? Do you know if it was also Bilato that painted them? I have often heard Bilato as a contract manufacturer for just about every brand that has come out of Italy. Is that similar to what others have heard? Cheers, Dave Anderson Cut Bank MT
