I've got a nice set of GB Coureur "66s" for my CB and a few questions about them.
First, how do you pronounce the name?
Did they use hoods? Are there any that work? Pete Paine mentioned something about having some hoods made, right? Will they work on these?
What kind of pads will fit and look pretty much right?
Do they actually work or will my Claude Butler and I go hurtling off in space a lot? Should I warn everyone in group rides that I'm riding a very heavy British bike with bad brakes?
I gave them a preliminary wipe down with the Simichrome, and the calipers have a nice shine with some attention.
