Subject: [CR]Jaques Anquetil 'Tour de France' bike?

A few weeks ago I pulled an old French bike from a dumpster, it's a brand I have not seen before, a Jacques Anquetil. I searched online and find very little, one pic here at CR and a pic of a 20" folder on another site. It looks to be comparable to a Peugeot U0-8, it has Simplex Prestige gear changers, Mafac Racer brakes, and a Solida cottered crankset. It is missing it's wheels and handlebars, I am assuming it probably had steel Rigida rims, and most likely steel handlebars. The lug work is only semi ornate, all of the threading is French, all of the writing is in French, and judging just buy the weight of the frame, it's probably just regular steel. I also pulled a set of tubular wheels from the same pile, but I don't think they belong to this bike since they were set up as fixed gear nd the ike still had it's derailleurs attached. The Headbadge reads Made in France, and the seat post has a "Fabrique en Francaise" decal Does anyone happen to know any history on this brand? Were they imported to the US or were they most likely brought here by private owners? Thanks,
