I now am more curious than ever about the following:
A Concorde I have has little Italian flag created by the addition of a steel border to the top tube (near the seat tube) that is then filled with paint. I also have a seen this flag, on other brand frames, like a modern, steel, Gios. This seems to be some kind of makers mark. So who uses/used this makers mark and when?
