I loved this stuff. It was not a single strip, but several butted end-to-end. It also had stitching down the center which, in addition to holding the strips together gave it a nice design accent.

The individual strips are about the length that one would use on a tennis raquette or golf club handle... I always wondered if these guys just stitched up and repackaged an existing product for the bike market.
