My first experience with derailleurs was the Huret Alvit, and I thought it was fine until until I used the Simplex SLJ.. c'est magnifique! I thought the Delrin Simplex Criteriums were pretty good too, but my freinds ridiculed me unmercifully about them while riding their Campagnolo equiped bikes. I've never been too impressed with the performance of the Campagnolo NR, but really like the Campagnolo SR.
