I wonder if just certain parts of the derailleurs were made by Simplex. The pulleys looked a lot like Simplex pulleys. Don't know. I've lost touch with Art since he left Fuji, and who knows if anyone now with Mavic USA would know about the Simplex connection, or say if they did know.
