David,

I'd vote against a Peugeot PX-10 as they always, without fail, had Simplex dropouts. Also, the crown isn't correct and neither are the drillings for the head tube badge. If there were no components shown in the auction, my guess would be a Raleigh International based on lugs and forkcrown. The components through me off though as they are not Raleigh International items. More detailed pics of the seat stay attachments and BB would go a long way. Next best guess anyone????
