Some of the steel Cinelli stems did not have the "Milano" logo on them, so there were at least three versions of steel Cinelli stem: badged, plain, and oval-logo. I'm aware of three drops: road, and two different track angles. Of course, there were adjustable ones as well, although they seem to be quite rare now....
