Here's another data point; my 1966 PX10E has plain old Normandy hubs, no gold or red labels, no oil holes or clips to cover same. Just the word NORMANDY in double-quotes stamped radially around the center line of the hub. Other than the lack of a label they look just like all the other Luxe Comps I've ever seen.
