Thanks, all. I read some of the responses to this thread to my wife, and she is now thanking me for only having 8 bikes.
The CR-eligible ones are:
1. Restored 1973 Mirella with full original NR/TTT/Fiamme; first racer and still a great ride.
2. Unrestored 1973 Mirella (with intact chrome head lugs and fork crown) that I am trying to build up with period-correct non-Campy parts, and then repaint the frame; currently my commuter bike, with assorted components, fenders and all that.
(Am I the only one who admires Mirellas?)
3. 1984 Eddy Merckx Molteni replica with full original SR/Cinelli/Mavic. Raced heavily for about 10 years. Repainted and new decals.
4. 197_? Windsor track bike. Beautifully repainted but mistakenly decaled with Raleigh insignia (long story but it looks great). I don't really know what it is, and neither did the guy who sold it to me cheap. All signs point to a Cinelli knock-off Windsor. I may bring it to the Cirque and see if you all can ID it for me. I am assembling the Campy Pista group to build it up (anybody got a seat post or headset?). I still race this one at Asheville's "Mellowdrome."
5. Bob Jackson of a non-CR vintage, but a lugged 531C frame with a beautiful paint job. I ride this one alot in Winter, and do some racing on it. Currently built with Sachs New Success 8 speed, but I'm trying to move to Mavic 7 speed.
All of the above have tubular wheelsets.
I also have 3 newer bikes that I do most of my racing/in-season training on--2 Orbeas and a Quattro Assi. They're aluminum with carbon fiber forks. I like a steel ride as much as anyone, and didn't think that frame material made that much difference, after a point, but these bikes are fast.
