Ah, now that's a more interesting question, at least for me, since the bikes parked in my hallway number so few...

Assuming that I already own a nice everyday rider (I.e. a nice KOF lugged steel frame with modern components), and the nice pre-boom Italian Masi of my dreams, my wishlist of three bikes would include:

1) A nice made-to-measure steed by one of several capable American builders. The more personality and eccentric details the better. Relaxed geometry, please, I'm getting old and this is the bike I intend to be buried with.

2) Another Italian (but non-Masi) pre-boom classic... Cinelli or Bianchi, I think. I don't believe I'm brave enough for Cambio Corsa, but nice filleted lugs, grease nipples, integrated headset or other unique period details would be lovely.

3) A Toei similar to (oh hell, exactly like) the white Stag. You know the one I'm talking about (if not, you owe yourself a trip to < http://bulgier.net/pics/bike/CoolBikes/Toei/> to check it out). I never really considered owning a Japanese steed, but this may well be the single most beautiful bike I've ever seen.

I'd love to have a Hetchins Magnum Opus... but frankly, I just can't picture one in my size, unless it had small wheels. At 52CM, how would both of those magnificent head tube lugs and the elegant headtube badge fit? Heck, they just barely co-exist on a 23" frame...
