The pictured bike would indeed be a collectible (although you will have difficulties finding replacement rear tires) It's Moser's hour record bike. http://ebay.com/<blah>

But it's not an auction of the bike but of prints of fifty historically significant bikes. The last sentence of the obviously experiencend eBay seller translates to: "For all the fools out there: I'm not selling bikes but pictures of bikes"
