Help please!
I have a frame where the drop out adjusting screw has a round button on the inside that presses up against the hub shaft. The button has a phillips indentation on the head of it. I want to remove the adjusting screw, but without first removing the button, I can't. I tried to turn the button with a driver in the slot, but no go. I hesitate to bugger up the knurled outer part with a pliers to get more purchase on the button. Rust is not a issue. Are these buttons meant to be removable?
