I might add that I personally witnessed Mr Kohler riding a bike equipped with a derailler just yesterday! The bike itself was a Raleigh BTW. I marvelled at this of course and chastised him.

You know there's NO escaping CR folks on a nice day on the bike paths... I might add Chuck that I was riding a CAMPAGNOLO Gran Sport RALEIGH Competition GS.
Ken's berating me for it resulted in switching to my 1951 Raleigh Clubman with Sturmey Archer FC HUB gear for the rest of the day!
A fixed gear British classic may be on the horizon next...
