The hubs are parts of the early 90s Croce d'Aune tandem group. (see http://www.campyonly.com/images/catalogs/1991/91tandemroad.jpg )

Although cheapcampy's (formerly "daxworld") descriptions are usually nonsense I don't think that you should hesitate to buy if you know what the pictured stuff really is. I've already bought some items from this seller successflly. You get exactly what is seen on the pictures. He admits that he has absolutely no knowledge and writes and believes only what he's been told by his source of the parts who must be in his eyes some kind of Campagnolo god. As said my deals whith him went smoothly. Otherwise no connection to seller etc...

These hubs are most definitely not from the 70's. They are Victory hubs from the late 80's. This seller is also notorious for his erroneous and misleading descriptions. I wouldn't touch any of his items with a 10-foot pole. Campagnolo tandem hubs do exist.
