E-Richie,

You wanna know, eh? I assume you were talkin' to us Canadian's, so we should all reply, right guys!

First of all, doesn't that model of bb have two parallel angled slots in it that have been connected, making it into a "W", or "M" if you will. That bb looks just like one I've seen made into an "N" too.

Why collect these? I don't know, maybe because you were born in the year it was made, or you can't find an older one in your size.

It's a nice colour*.....but too big for a shrimp like me.

Grant McLean Toronto.Ca *i wanted to use the word "colour" in a sentence so i could spell it the canadian way...;)

e-RICHIE: here's a question i've wanted to ax for a while and

it's prompted by this ebay item: to what end would you go to have one of these in your stable, and why?

i'm interested strictly on an academic level; this frame is so many generations removed from the "original" gc's, (and yes - i know there's some ambiguity regarding the timeline for that era's demise...). it's clearly produced by a company whose lineage is long removed from the eponymous firm. what is the motivation behind buying or collecting these (types of) frames if they are clearly made for the license and for the market? i'm not anti those reasons but since i like masis so much these (frames like the ebay one) leave me wondering. lemme know, eh!
