Robin;

Don't know if they are still being manufactured, but I always made my own... they're easy. Some very small surgical tubing (the stuff they use for IV's is good) or heavy wire insulation, and some piano wire or electric guitar string (any wire that's nice and springy). Heat the part of the wire that will be sharply bent to go around the brake bolt (to remove the temper and make it bendable... depending on the wire you may be able to skip this step), as well as the two ends where you will bend them sharply to insert into the tubing. If the fit here isn't perfect, wrap the ends of the wire with electrical tape to get a nice snug fit in the tubing, or apply heat to the tubing to shrink it.
