I don't know didly about it, but it looks like it was either made by or copied from older Suntour components, even though Rino was an Italian brand. Furthermore, I noticed that the seller is from Canada. It is interesting to note that when I was in Vancouver about 16 years ago, I visted a shop that had oodles of this stuff in their display case.
