I have a 1972 model in screaming yellow with black lug lining. In the late 60's to early 70's, Rickert sponsored Ted Ernst's South Bay Wheelmen in Southern California, and there were some outrageous colors on the bikes. I remember Rich Heisler's bright PINK Rickert. Dave Mulica and Ralph Therrio both rode for the team and were on the 1972 Olympic team.
