Sorry to delve into a partially off-topic question, but I have to sort out the problem with these pedals for use on my on-topic De Rosa. Does anybody know whether you can adjust the spring tension on the first generation clipless Campagnolo pedals. Even twisting my feet fully, the cleat remained firmly attached to the pedal. Perhaps the tension is simply too high. The cleats slide and lock into the pedals more easily than Look, with a nice degree of float, but for the life of me, I couldn't get the cleat to release and ended up unlacing my shoes and simply removing my feet from the shoes. It reminded me a bit of a past experience with Cinelli M71 pedals.

Anyboday able to give advice, please respond off-list.
