Zefal make them also, just bought a few in my last Nashbar order. Another option is to use Minoura handlebar mounted cage mounts. These look pretty classic to me, although the design is much different from classic era handlebar cages. Minoura also makes a bottle cage mount the will mount the bottle cage under the back of the saddle. Not so classic looking, but avoids scratching the paint on frame tubes or cluttering up the handlebars. I'm using this on my 1975 Raleigh Pro as I didn't want to mar the downtube and couldn't bear to cover up the beautiful engraved Map of Britain GB bars.
