The frame looks Giosian, seat stays, bottom bracket & windows, fork, all look like ones I have seen while working in bike shops years ago. However, the fork may not be original to the frame, and the top tube cable guides look later than the bottom bracket & window style suggests. Shifter braze-ons could also possibly be later additions.
Liked them Gios, just wished they had longer top tubes at my size.
