hello all, we actually sell rubber brake pads with felt inserts in the center. they are an upgrade for bicycles with steel wheels to help braking in the rain. We also sell all felt brake pads, they were common on 1970s exercise bikes from the 1970s. Rain cheater brake pads are $12.00 a pair and are on our website - http://www.bikeville.com as far as the all felt ones, they are not on the website but they are $5.00 a pair. Not sure how well the all felt pads will stop, they will slow you down, but probaly not an emergency stop. BTW, I will be bring some Saddle-to-top tube supports to cirque, I think they will be $30 each there. New old stock.
