Not quite enough information, but that is very likely the most famous of Peugeot models, the PX-10. Is the bike white with black painted lugs and black-and-white checkerboard decals? Are the lower half of the forks and of the rear stays chromed? If so, it is almost certainly a PX-10. The TTT stem is not original, but everything else sounds right for a PX-10.
