I have just received a Gangl Record Strada frame that I think is from the early 80s. It is really beautiful with heart cutouts in the chromed head lugs, seat lug, Cinelli BB shell, brake bridge and chain stay bridge reinforcements. All lug work is nicely executed. Has cable guides on top of BB shell and campy dropout. Also has the name "Durnwirth" on top tube. This is one beaut of a frame! Can anyone tell me about Gangl? All I know is that he is/was in Colorado and I think is building modern stuff now. Thanks, Mike Short, Austin TX
