Hi all & Peter, many thanx for that, I should have spent a little more time and included such details. I found it better to keep the spindle relative to the body hard up against the inner balls and carefully install the cone, as the greasey cone makes contact with the balls you can move them as required with an engineers o-ring pick to stop them getting out of place, as the bearing surfaces on the cups, cone and spindle are all narrow (each takes 16 of 1/8" balls), rebuilding NR pedals are a breeze compared to these, I found with NR you can install the inner dustseal before and not after as with SR.....regards wayne davidson INVERS NZ......
