On the question of rims to suit Harden hubs. Bob is about right on this but here is a list of nearly all the period correct rims. High Pressures: 1.Conloy's Asp, Boaloy, Copper Mamba. 2.Dunlops H.P.Steel or Alloy. 3. Fiamme Alloy H.P. 4. Banfi-Canti. 5. Alumlite K.P. ( My Favourites) Tubular: 1.Conloy Tubular, Tubular Ultra, Copper Mamba. 2.Fiamme. 3.Mavic 4.Record. 5.Banfi-Canti. 6.Sportal. 7.Mephisto. Wood: 1. Conloy Reinforced, Flat, Viper, Boa, Cobra, Boston and they also made the Kundtz for wired ons. 2.Wolber Cresent and Reinforced. 3.Ambra Superga in Flat, Cresent and Girder patterns. 4. D'Allesandro Supreme.

What ever you chose be sure to build with 15/17 DB spokes to be really period correct. I think this is more important aesthetically than the rim choice.

Best wishes and be lucky. Michael Butler Huntingdon UK.
