This is very possible up until 1978 when he retired from the bicycle business. Cino was always looking to add new products to the line of products that he distributed. Phil Wood parts could readily have fit in with his other products. Beyond his own parts, Cinelli was an Italian distributor of Spécialités TA in the 50's-70's (I showed some photos of the Cinelli stand from the 1967 Milan trade show at le cirque where this was clearly visible.) Once he retired, he apparently stuck mainly to Cinelli and Campagnolo products.
