Duane: Sorry - brain cramp. Internat is S/N "F" either late 72 or 73, I think. Mine did not have the braze loop you mention. I know the type. My mid 70's Raleigh Super Grand Prix has the loop. What do your 72 and 74 have? Thanks.

Original style was a steel loop brazed to the seat stays, a couple of inches below the seat binder.
