Subject: [CR]Pogliaghi help needed - update (and P.S. for Ben Kamen)

I tore down the (faux?) Pog yesterday and made an interesting discovery. The steerer tube is stamped with a number which matches the stamp on the b.b. shell, AND, the steerer is engraved with a rough - I'm guessing - signature along with the frame size which is 54x54. I have added two photos of the steerer tube to the Pog album in MY YAHOO photos, so if any of you detectives would like to see them, go here..............

................open the Pog album and look at the last two photos titled steerer.

Thanks very much again for any help. This /may/ be a Pog after all. I just can't figure the "S" cast into the fork crown and the set screw for the seat post......

P.S. Ben Kamen, I finally found the photos of me and my beloved Italvega Super Speciale from 1979 and would be happy to send it to you to add to the 'archives'. Looks like Steven is having WAY too much fun on that high wheeler! And, by the way, as I discovered, the young ladies name is FunderBURK, not FunderBUNK. Just so you don't embarrass yourself next time you address her :-)
