Hi Jay,

I took a look at your pictures ond that's an interesting bike. I sold Pogs in the mid 80's through early 90's. Many of the '80's frames were made by Rossin for Pogliaghi, while later frames were made by Basso. I have a 56 cm TSX Basso Built pog in the shop right now I assembled in 1990. I've seen early 80's Rossins with the seat lug on your frame generally used after the Aero bug of 1983 and 84 brought us streamlined tubing as well as seatposts. The build kit, 1-R stem, SR headset and shape of the brake calipers also support a time period in the mid eighties. I hope this helps your information search.
