You are correct, Azuki is a much indulged in small red bean that is often made into a very sweet paste and served in a bun or between a fold of pounded rice. When the rice is freshly pounded and still warm, yum yum! Coincidentally, I didn't refuse when one was offered to me just today. I think it is a cute name for a bike, but oddly, if you eat too many of those, the hills seem to get steeper.
