Don't think there was any connection, but a Stronglight BB might work as a replacement for Nervar. Oddly, Nervar seems to have changed from their 128mm bolt circle in the early to mid 80's to the Stronglight 122mm bolt circle - about the same time Stronglight was moving to the Campy 144mm bolt circle with mod 106, while Campy was moving to 135mm with C-Record.
