There must be a problem with my emails posted this up much earlier today. Think they are the New Gran-Compe 450 being refered too as stated in previous message. The side pulls are New Gran Compe 400. They also produced Gran Compe and DC Standard center pulls both in 610 stirrup size all circa 1980/81. But CP with wheel guides and seal bearing pivots are definetly the New Gran-Compe 450 brakes as verified by another CR lister much earlier again today.
