Yes, the early "long reach" Super Record brake levers do exist. That seems obvious now, since you have both NOS and used ones. I also now have a used pair that came from Germany. Since the holes on mine are elongated from the lever forming process, and are anodized, I would say that they are original SR parts and are not "fake" parts.

BTW, every pair that I'm aware of (three or four sets only, so far) came from Germany. You may be correct that they were only sold in Europe when they were current (circa 1973-ish or so), and they may have been produced in relatively small numbers.

These levers exist. I start an auction a few weeks ago with this levers in used condition. The result was a few angry mails, that these levers are fake, so I ended up the auction earlier.

So the discussion is opened again : Are these levers real ? Campagnolo did produce them. Maybe they were only sold in Europe.
