RGF is the brand of BB shell. I believe Allegro used these a lot, but evidently they were used in UK also. Someone else may know where these were made and what the letters stood for. Others have a lot more knowledge of and interest in the details of Campy markings than I, but I think it's quite possible that Campy changed from Brev to Patent at different times on different components. Even if not, large builders like Raleigh and Schwinn had large parts inventories, so a given bike might be assembled with a part which had been manufactured a year or two before. So it's possible these could be original components, even with the mix of Brev and Patent. That could certainly be the case if the original owner bought the frame and had it built up with Campy parts by the bike shop. I personally never worry about whether components are original, as long as they are period correct. I kind of wish Campy had never changed markings and never dated components - that would have eliminated the agonizing over a 72 NR RD on a 70 frame. But I guess some people enjoy the minutiae of Campy markings.
