The Vintage Bicycle Quarterly web site has been updated to reflect the upcoming issue (which is at the printer and should go out late next week).
In the "Image Archive," you now find a superlight 1950 women's Barra randonneur bike (aluminum frame and racks, 18.7 lbs.), a lovely 1961 Olmo Professional De Luxe with a number of first generation Campagnolo components (cranks, Brooks Campagnolo saddle with narrow rail spacing, etc.) and an original sales sheet explaining the two "Professional" models available in the U.S. at the time.
In addition, there are two bikes that were featured in articles I wrote a long time ago, but which never have been published in color: A 1952 Rene Herse randonneur and a 1965 Cinelli Supercorsa, all original as set up by Spence Wolf's Cupertino Bike Shop.
One of the purposes of the image archive is to provide color photos of the bikes featured in the pages of VBQ, which is published in black and white. (On the other hand, the resolution of the photos in print is much higher than what can be done online.)
BTW, a question I often get is whether all these bikes are mine. I wish...
