What to do with a brakeset that has some deep aluminum gouges ?
I have a set of needle files I use. They are very fine , and not too wide.A lot like using sandpaper only I'm able to control better the area I'm workin on.Deep gouges I dress up the area around it trying to make the gouge less deep , but not take it out so as to cause a depression in the part--looks better but still used.Then buff to remove the file marks.
