I wrote Minoura and asked about chrome or stainless versions - pointing out the lucrative vintage bicycle market they're missing ; ) and they agreed it'd be a good idea but offered no indication of if or when they'd make them that way. Maybe if they suddenly had a flood of requests? http://www.minoura.jp/index-et.html Instead I painted a double mount with Krylon chrome paint since the black looked out of place amongst all the aluminum of the bar and stem and cages. Fine for a rider, but not right for a show bike of course.
