Subject: [CR]Bad Paypal payment - how?

Mary, sorry to hear of your payment troubles. How can a Paypal payment be bogus? Is it that a credit card that at one point was viable has been cancelled? There are more than just "some" honest folks out there, but when you experience the "dark side", it tends to belittle the positive for awhile. Hoping that this will be your last run-in with the creeps.
