Probably 531 DB Cyclo front dropouts Round blades Cast "twin plate" type crown Nervex pro lugs Cast BB, fairly massive with some porosity looks like a sand casting Semi-wrapover set stay caps with top plate extending over tube (ala LeJeune) British threads rear brake bridge reinforcements Campagnolo rear ends with scalloped tube treatment Decent finish and brazing but a pinhole here and there Shifter, under BB, dual WB (don't match), brake cable and chain hanger brazeons perhaps added later along with a US type repaint.
