Before fitting Gnutti cranks I would like to make sure I can get them off again. However, I have found out to my great dismay that none of my varying collection of extractors will fit them. Can anyone help? Thanks.
BTW, our favourite Italian restaurant has cutlery stamped "GNUTTI". Any connections?
