Chuckie-issimo is correct here. he and i exchange at least 43 offlist emails a week using the phrase, "U R A GOD®". normally, if he says something really cool onlist or jumps ugly on someone, i email him privately and say, "U R A GOD®" to him. otoh, when i write anything, anything at all to the list, in addition to a possible reply onlist, chuckie always fires off a "U R A GOD®" to me. it's a check and balances type of thing. e-RICHIE cheater, ct
Yes but frequency of use doesn't automatically guarantee trademark status ... Did the Trademark lawyers check with the Vatican? Lance may already own the phrase.
We may need to advocate separation of church and state on the CR list. It just gets so confusing as to who to worship - Richard Sachs? Cino Cinelli? Mario Confente? Al Huffy?
