Subject: [CR]Harry Quinn seat tube diameter

Hi all, Does anyone know the seat tube diameter used on mid 70's Harry Quinn road frames?
          I assumed it was 27.2, but the Campy N.R. 27.2 seat post I tried to install seems
          awfully tight. The seat tube clamp ears aren't pinched together, so I'm wondering
          if maybe it might need a 27 mm post. Any info or advice would be appreciated.
