The seller thinks this is a raleigh but i don't think so. it has a fastback cluster but its not a Carlton one. it appears to be a track bike with a PUMP PEG. It has stronglight cranks which are anomalous for a track bike. does this make it a path racer of some type? Anyway, who do you think made this bicycle frame?
