I have purchased from eBay over the past year and generally have been satisfied in my dealings with the sellers until now. In early June I was the high bidder for a Campy wheel from a seller(heymon). To date I have not received my wheel, although the seller has acknowledged receiving my payment(money order) in a nasty email-in which he criticized the envelope in which it was mailed for resembling a bill. The system of negative leaving feed back for less than stellar sellers does not seem adequate to police some of the yahoos who are doing business(?) on eBay. How do I go about compelling/encouraging this seller to ship the item? thanks all, Rodney Handsfield-Kansas, oh so steamy
