Milremo is a Ron Kitchings brand. Bertin was imported to Great Britain by Ron so I guess the the Bertins in GB had Milremo bars and stems.

Doug- I have a stem somewhere I'll swap or whatever. About 10 cm. I've had it about 30 years!
