>From what I have seen and judging from my own Tommasini I would put it up against any Italian frame for workmanship and ride quality. I took the parts off of mine when I bought a 3Rensho and thought about selling it, but haven't brought myself to parting with it. The sad part is that I know if I put it on ebay it wouldn't bring what is worth so maybe that is why I hang on to it. Or, I just can't bare to part with it. Either way it is very nice to look at and admire the lugs, chrome and paint.

Mark Poore with more frames that parts to build them in Slatyfork, WV

The only complaint I have is that my friend ordered a frame, and his came with a head tube sticker, instead of the beautiful colored plate that Tommasini uses on some of his models. So, seeing his disappointment, I wrote to Irio and his office girl, Barbara, a number of times, groveling for a head tube name plate, but they never responded.
>From what I have seen, I think his frames have tended to loose a bit of their former individual attention to detail, since he presumably has become quite sucessful and his production quantity has gone up. He still offers at least one traditional looking lugged model, and a number of teams racing in Europe seem to have excellent success riding his bikes.
